• Settlements are processed exclusively via secure Bank Transfer to ensure transparency.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Stock availability will be confirmed by the inventory team

• All online transactions must be paid via bank transfer

• Initial loading may begin, while the gate pass will only be secured after payment verification

• Viber is used as the main communication channel

• COMI and Shipping Permits will only be released to NMIS-accredited trucks

• Lalamove trucks may be used, but documents will not be issued besides the tally sheet

• Only one driver and one helper may enter the storage

• Overtime fees apply beyond operating hours

• We only offer pick-up, with minimum of 1,000 kg for on-hand purchases

• No return and no exchange

• No cash payments allowed

• For FCL orders: Down payment is required prior to diversion. No cancellation allowed, and is subject to final ETA confirmation
